At DandScarparts, we are committed to make returns hassle-free. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

🔄 Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unused and uninstalled parts in original condition
  • Items in original packaging with all included accessories
  • Parts that are not damaged, modified, or altered

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Special-order or custom parts
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Parts damaged due to improper installation
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@dandscarparts.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. If approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in a condition different from how they were sent (missing accessories, damaged packaging, etc.).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different part, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking fee if already processed for shipment.
