Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM CST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes or internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@dandscarparts.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
